  • Membership Support Manager

    Job Specification:

    • Assist the CEO with conversations with existing members, potential members, other corporates and collaborators. 
    • Supervise the support documents for this function, including membership commitments and on-boarding documents for new members. 
    • Oversee the implementation of the new Members CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool – under development.
    • Manage events, including curated CEO dinners, Rising Stars, Women’s Networking Group events and others.
    • Support the other 25x25 teams on any element involving membership.

    Experience

    • Ideally some managerial experience in corporate communications, investor relations, corporate access or related areas.

    This role is very suited for someone who wishes to work part-time or from home and could be easily undertaken with a 10-15 hour commitment a week with a flexible timetable—terms to be discussed on inquiry.

  • Graduate Level Analyst - Website & Media Assets

    Job Specification:

    • Assist the membership team with conversations with existing members, potential members, other corporates and collaborators. 
    • Maintain and update the support documents for this function. 
    • Prepare the on-boarding documents for new members and ensuring on-boarding proceeds smoothly.
    • Act as a point person and liaison between the member and the rest of the 25x25 team.
    • Maintain and update the Members' CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool – (under development).
    • Support the other Graduate Analysts on matters relating to membership.
    • Attend meetings, preparing agendas for these meetings, taking meeting notes and ensuring the other 25x25 team members are duly informed of any action affecting their respective areas.
    • Other related tasks include researching possible members and key stakeholders within these organisations and others.

    Given the small scale of the team, you are likely to work with most of the other functional areas as well, on an ad-hoc basis, as and when the need arises. 

    Salary terms are competitive. No prior work experience is required. You will be expected to work at least 3 days a week at our offices at 6 Orsman Road, N1 3RA.

  • Graduate Level Analyst – Data & Research

    Job Specification:

    • Quarterly market data updates - currently based on publicly available data for FTSE100 companies. No prior experience on Excel is needed.  
    • Assist with producing the 25x25 Research Reports, including, if applicable, the verification process with third-parties.
    • Assist with the collection of feedback from members on the development of the data analytics tools, currently the Interactive Framework Tool and Private Benchmarking Tool., 
    • Support the Small Companies’ Module adaptation of the IF Tool by working with the Small Companies’ team.
    • Assist with responses to Government consultation papers.
    • Attend relevant meetings - tasks include preparing the meeting agendas and the follow-up notes and ensuring the other 25x25 team members are duly informed of any action affecting their respective areas. These could include meetings with Baker McKenzie, 25x25’s legal advisor (and member). 
    • Support other team members. Our mission is to establish a collaborative community among our members and, therefore, operate as a team similarly.

    Given the team's small size, you may also work on other operational areas when needed.

  • Internships

    We also take interns throughout the year. No prior experience is needed.

    Tasks will include:

    • Supporting the membership team with existing members (EMs), potential members (PMs), other corporates, collaborators and partners.
    • Maintaining and updating the support documents for this function, including the MAC (Members, Ambassadors & Collaborators) list, the WNG (Women’s Networking Group) list, the weekly membership planner, the membership commitments and related documents.
    • Preparing the on-boarding documents for new members as they join and ensuring on-boarding proceeds smoothly, acting as a point person and liaison between the members’ team and the other 25x25 team members.
    • Maintaining and updating the Members CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool – under development.
    • Supporting the other Graduate Analyst in maintaining and updating the Ambassadors CRM.
    • Attending meetings, preparing agendas for these meetings, taking meeting notes and ensuring the other 25x25 team members are duly informed of any action affecting their respective areas.
    • Other related tasks include research on possible members and key stakeholders within these organisations and others.
