Interactive Framework Tool
The 25x25 Interactive Framework Tool (IF Tool) was developed to support companies in implementing the 25x25 Framework. This framework is a set of best practice processes and procedures on Succession and Talent Planning using the Pathways to CEO analysis.
This tool was developed in consultation with onboarded 25x25 members as of May 2023.

Private Benchmarking Tool
We are currently developing a private benchmarking tool (PBT) with data-sharing from members.
A minimum of ten participating peer group companies is required to create a sector benchmark.
This tool will only be available to members. To become a member:
